03/04/2016: Today for Julian’s birthday we went to Cheesecake Factory because he got a birthday coupon from Barnes & Noble for a free Cheesecake Factory Cupcake. After dinner, the waiter pointed out that the coupon was to be redeemed at the Barnes & Noble cafe. Nonetheless, because he is now six and can chew gum, we gave Julian a gumball machine for his birthday. I also gave him some change I grabbed from my car to try out the machine; unfortuantely, I gave him a Chinese dollar coin, which promptly jammed the machine (Which was made in China) so he had to wait until I could use my tools at home to unjam the machine before he could get some gum.
